2.1 - Added Normal Maps to all textures 2.1.1 - Fixed typo that stopped plugin from loading
The main thing to know about this plugin is that if you're going to refer to it, you must use ALL CAPS.
Along with that, you should know that it adds extra gore to every monster that dies. Some monsters spill blood when you shoot them. Bullets/explosions leave marks on the ground and walls. All changes are purely visual. The amount of gore you see is configurable (see readme for details).
This is compatible with M2 and Infinity, and any other scenario that largely uses unmodified versions of those monsters.
At MacWorld 1996, Power Computing (a popular Macintosh clone manufacturer in the mid-1990’s) released a CD-ROM called “PowerComputing The Disc 2”.
This contained a special demo of Marathon 2. Instead of the normal sprites for Bob, there was instead special sprites of the Director of Evangelism of Power Computing, Bob LeVitus. Also included with the demo was a Shapes file that could be used with the full version of the game.
I was surprised that this wasn't already ported to Aleph One so, I've rectified that.

1.0: Initial release
Back when items were strictly 2D sprites, there was little reason to care about their facing angle. We now have plugins that replace items with 3D models, yet in nearly all existing maps all weapons and ammo face the same direction.
This plugin addresses this cosmetic oddity by making all items slowly rotate (yaw), as seen in other shooters like Quake and Unreal. The 2D sprites were easy to identify because you could see them in profile from any angle. This animation restores that property, and the movement also makes them stand out more. Unfortunately, because the script physically manipulates the items in the environment, it's only expected to work in single player.
I've been using this for myself ever since thedoctor45 released his excellent 3D items plugin in February 2012. However, it's very simple and should work with any 3D items, for any scenario. Anyone making a "3D items" or similar plugin is welcome to bundle this into their work; one look at the lua and you'll see how simple the effect is to create.
The original Marathon game interface, ported to Aleph One as a Lua HUD. Designed for use with M1A1 or Aleph One 1.0. It will not work with the native Marathon 1 downloads bundled with Aleph One 1.1 and later. A compatible version may be found in those downloads.
After three years, the first project I ever started in Aleph One is complete. Happy Bungie Day.
An alephone plugin that can be used to help you determine if your map has enough differential shading. It will turn all of the floors, ceilings, and walls solid green. If you do not have enough differential shading, it will be difficult or impossible to look around and see the architecture of your map.
If after turning this plugin on, you can navigate your level easily and see all of the architecture, your map has adequate differential shading.
You will likely need to disable other texture plugins and any others that run lua like visual mode when using this plugin.
First time uploading anything here, hope I don't screw something up!
Only compatible with Marathon1.
I discovered the "MaraMag March '95 HUD" while trawling through the Marathon Tilogy Boxset disc and I really liked it. It was kind of like a dark mode for the original release.
So I decided to spend a little bit and whip up an edit of this hud found here: https://simplici7y.com/items/floatingxhud-m1a1-ultimate-version/
An Aleph One compatible version of the maramag hud can be found here: https://simplici7y.com/items/new-interface-maramag-march-95-11/
Neither of the above files are required for this release. However if its taboo to include the FloatingX files to make this work out of the box I apologize and will edit my upload and link the required files as appropriate. However currently I left in the two readme files for FloatinX and the M1 edit. So the original authors are credited.
Made some quit edits so the plugin appears as "MaraMag FloatingX" and not just "FloatingX"
Working on 3D models for Aleph One? Having trouble with lighting? This plugin lets you visualize the in-game normals, so you can get your objects looking their best. Use with the Shader renderer.
Updated documentation only.
This plugin replaces all the textures in marathon infinity's water set with 512x512 versions. I have sought to stay true to the originals and I hope it shows. Version 2 includes major updates to all textures. Bump maps are now supported. Make sure to check that out!
2.0 Updates to all textures and new bump maps.
2.01 Fixed missing light on switch
2.1 Added animated water. Replaced bitmap 07 with png to fix color issue.
2.2 Updated Read Me. Moved animated water to a separate plugin.
This plugin replaces all Pfhor textures with a combination of the Marathon 2 and Infinity versions into single textures. The result maintains Marathon 2's bright colors, and adds many details from the Infinity textures.
The plugin will work with either Marathon 2 or Marathon Infinity Shapes (or any scenario that leaves the Pfhor texture set unmodified).

Animates the water with a 24 frame animation.
Only for water set so far. It needs to be activated last, since the last activated plugin gets priority.
