Stairs1

This is a quick netmap i made. Its for small groups.

Notes for version .95:

I'm finished with the item respawn. It's the best I can get it. I textured it too. Now I just need Differential Shading.

But if you try sometime, you just might find- there are some Height problems, but they are intentional. if you aren't dumb, you can get around them. there are also better guns, but they are hidden. good luck.

Atomic Map Pack

A7om95 on Apr 28th 2010

Puddleofgoo_with_hill_shown

My first map pack comprised of eight maps. All of them work with EMFH, KOTH, and KTMWTB.

One thing to keep in mind when playing the map "Puddle of Goo" is that the hill is on both sides of the goo.

Random Physics 1.0

elitesoldier on Jul 10th 2010

(playable with every gametype)

my first file which overpowers the players weaponary, here are the changes I made: pistols: shoots rockets, fusion: no change, Shotgun: single weild and shoots grenades. AR:100 bullets and 2 grenades, SMG:no changes, Flamer: no changes, Missile launcher: shoots one rocket(makes rocket launcher feel more modern), alien gun: shoots staff bolts that can launch an enemy upwards if aimed at the right spot, most effective at close range.

Notes for version 1.0:

None available, first physics file. I am a terrible mapper so i will not upload maps.

Lthefourelementssimplified_0001

This pack contains 2 maps:

The Four Elements

The Four Elements Simplified

The map uses 4 Textures Jjaro, Sewage, Water, and Lava each separated in 4 sections all converging in towards the center. Pfhor textures were also used in different areas of the maps. The simplified version is similar to the the first map with stripped down center.

Some custom textures were used.

Flamethrower Physics 1

Dan the Man on May 4th 2011

Infrange

A pack of physics models that all mod the flamethrower. One has infinite range, one has infinite range and travels faster, one makes it very inaccurate. By now hopefully you know: 1) how to use a physics file, 2) to not use on a merged map, and 3) don't review without trying it out first.

Notes for version 1:

I think anybody can make this easily within a minute.

Arms Race 1.0

irons on Aug 18th 2015

Ryoko asked me to re-create the "Arms Race" game type from Counterstrike in Aleph One. Here's my attempt.

From the man himself:

Basically it's an EMFH script where everyone starts with rockets, and after each kill you get demoted to a weaker weapon, and the winner is the first person to get a kill with fists.

Notes for version 1.0:

Initial release.

Rv

This is the fist map pack that i've circulated widely. My focus on this pack was creative architecture and over the course of 3 major revisions i've gotten the flow of these maps up to speed as well.

This is the result of the fourth Mapmaking Contest. Out of 11 total competitors, 7 people made the final cut, leaving us with a solid pack of great maps.

Winners include Windbreaker, treellama, and Kinetic Turtle, though the final product has 7 maps from 7 mappers. A great showing!

You Better Move 1.2

LegacyTyphoon on Aug 18th 2007

You Better Move v1.2 This is the first map I've ever created. I submitted it into Ryoko's Map Making Contest III, which I suprisingly got 7th place in...Hey, it was an achievement for me. This is a small map, it was initially built for four players and up, and I still play it as such, but it works well as a dueling map. Really though, if you like chaos...play it with six players...really, try it out...Its fun...I swear.

Suggested Players: 6 (...2+) Polygons: 170 Weapons: Fusion Pistol, Assault Rifle, SMG, Flamethrower

v1.2 Fixes from initial contest release: -Bouncy walls fixed -Weapon placement changed -Collectable weapons slightly changed up (I took out the Alien Shotgun and put in the TOTZ) -TOTZ respawn rate and locations changed for balance reasons -Teleporter added for some fun
