2022-05-15 - New netscript added: "Global Omnilode Onus - The Wire", in which players win points by collecting items.
Introducing NEFX Lua scripts, whether for singleplayer or multiplayer (though some can be used for both)! I'd like to add more to this over time.
"Funneled Spatial Remembrance" kills and taunts you if you try to save, recharge, access a terminal, or activate the automap. This is the real "Adminn_1's Challenge" to help you train for maximum Vidmaster runs!
"Victory of Absurdist Balance By Inwardness" starts you immediately with a never-ending shield charge and you will die if you reach full triple-bar (purple) shields. This will make for an interesting net game as all players have to preoccupy themselves with finding ways based on their environment, position, equipment, etc, to die the least amount of times by constantly damaging themselves enough (without going too far). Keep in mind that you can still technically kill others, or at least incapacitate them in such a way that they can't damage themselves fast enough to avoid dying.
"Betrothing to the Forgotten Root of Potentiate" means you are permanently equipped with only a single pistol with unlimited ammunition and no way to dual-wield. This will make for some very interesting net games as well as you all learn to make do with what is probably the least-used multiplayer fighting option in Marathon history. You will become a better player this way and make laughs along the way.
Notes for version 2:

This is the 1996 CD "Pfhrenzy" found on the Macintosh Repository here.
There was some interest in this CD on the Marathon Discord server when I pointed out this CD. Not everyone wanted to bother with emulating Mac OS, but they still wanted to see the maps at least, which can be played with modern Aleph One. Thus, I emulated it myself, and transferred all the files off of the CD and zipped them up for people to look over on whatever OS they preferred.
For this reason, most of the files will look weird or not work at all on Windows or Linux, or perhaps even Mac. I have done nothing to the files themselves aside from put them through 7zip.

I made this netpack to duel my brother. As such, they can all be played with copious amounts of aliens. The first four maps are mine. The next four were built into the original Rubicon single player scenario but omitted in the newer version.
Blind Bird's Nest echoes There's no place like up. Scale the ledges to find the good weapons on the top of the Pfhor hive.
On the Wabash Cannonball provides players with explosive weapons in extremely cramped quarters. If players elect to use aliens and succeed in killing an enforcer, they can use his weapon to devastating effect.
The dog wouldn't eat it is one of the original Rubicon netmaps. I've filled in a column that existed only to block line of sight because that's no longer a limitation for Marathon.
The original Rubicon Netpack can be found at http://www.marathonrubicon.com/
