Survival.lua 5
Megabyte on Jul 1st 2010
This script is playable on any map. The goal is to live as long as possible. It becomes more difficult with each round due the the increasing number of monsters spawned. I would advise playing this with a friend. When ever your friend dies you can find their body on the overhead map or the radar. Once you arrive at their body, you hit the action key to revive them. Be careful because once everyone dies the game ends.
Don't forget to host as a gametype!
Since version 3, the window error brought up by president is no longer an issue
Notes for version 5:
Added in this version is a polling system where once 50% of the players hit ready(the mic key) the break ends and the next round begins. There is still a time limit on the breaks. I also added a fusion bolt that hovers over the players bodies so they are easy to see and revive. Support for base survival was also added based on hastur's suggestion.

Checkpoints 1.0
Hopper on Jan 16th 2016
Checkpoints is an implementation of Halo-style automatic saved games in the middle of a level. Mapmakers use annotations to mark where checkpoints should occur, and the Lua script does the rest. It also creates a save point after each level transition.
Includes a sample map. Find all seven checkpoints!

A 25 level solo scenario, seven years in the making, Marathon: W'rkncacnter explores the player's future after the final level of Marathon Infinity.
Although it uses standard Marathon Infinity shapes, monsters, and weapons, Marathon W'rkncacnter features stunning architecture and use of the cutting edge persistent Lua feature of Aleph One.
Coming soon: the Marathon: W'rkncacnter net map pack.
WARNING: There are story spoilers in the reviews! Don't read them if you don't want to be spoiled.
Notes for version 1.0:
I didn't have anybody beta test this, so maybe you should consider this a beta release. ::shrug::

Anvil Sample Models 1.0
President People on Apr 5th 2010

This is the Anvil Sample Models folder. A lot of people say they don't have or can't get this folder, for some reason or another.
As the manual says, these are "some sample physics models to get you started with editing the Marathon environment. Some changes are minor, while others are immediately obvious and completely change the play of the game!"

Gemini 1
KampferXeon on May 10th 2010

Well, I can't exactly say this is my first map that I put online, because I didn't really make this. It's just Duality, except more... Funner.
Notes for version 1:
I was bored when I made this. If you don't like it, I don't care. I mainly made it as a test to see how I get maps on. Don't bother with a review. I'll never read it.

Total Carnage ++ 1.4
LegacyTyphoon on Aug 18th 2007
WELCOME TO TC-plusplus v1.4
As with all the previous versions of TC ++, the main objective was to create something completely insane to add to the mayhem already associated with Marathon. All the weapon's have been changed, however, there are no flying BOBs, screaming Pfhor rockets, or anything like that. TC-plusplus is actually a fairly simple modification to the Marathon weapons. All the weapons have been modified so that they fire more, fire faster, and overall, fill the level with bullets, energy blasts, and high explosives. However, this isn't one of those increase everything to max and have a completely ¼ber SPNKR that makes the player who gets it first God. TC-plusplus is as balanced as I could get it. So, there are no ultimate weapons, the weapons are as close to their roots as I could keep them. The SPNKR is still the SPNKR, and the TOTZ is still the TOTZ. v1.4 is probably one of the more balanced versions of TC-plusplus. I've toned down some of the weapons, changed the rates of fire, and lowered the amount of damage done by some weapons.
So, if this is your first time playing TC-pluspluss, enjoy it! If you've played the previous versions, this is an update to have.
NOTE ABOUT TC-plusplus: The previous versions of TC-plusplus had problems sharing weapon physics. They seemed to like taking the SMG and pfhuxing it up in the Standard physics file. To fix this, you have to select the Standard Physics and then restart Aleph One.
