Crater Creator on Dec 21st 2015

Better_bridges_in_hang__em_low

Better Bridges is a new technique for simulating bridges in Aleph One levels as if the engine supported them natively. It’s a generalized Lua script that can work with any level that’s set up in a specific way. Included is a guide explaining how to make maps with Better Bridges, and a working sample map.

Space0ut 0.02

Neonstar on Jan 24th 2016

Screen_shot_2016-01-24_at_10

(Finished version will be labelled Space0ut 1.0, expect this map to be flawed until then)

Space0ut is a Marathon Infinity duel map where split second movement will affect your cover and sightlines.

Space0ut will possibly burn your retinas, or impressions of my map if played using M2.

Texture alignment is the last priority right now, but if you feel like I'm murdering your eyesight, please let me know.

Notes for version 0.02:

0.01 - First release, may or may not explode when opened.

0.02 - Alienwep spawn raised (accessible by teleporter), south side balancing.

0.03 (In Progress) - Lighting improved, geometry changes, textures dewierdified, items ACTUALLY spawn now.

Anvil Sample Models 1.0

President People on Apr 5th 2010

Anvil_sample_models_icon

This is the Anvil Sample Models folder. A lot of people say they don't have or can't get this folder, for some reason or another.

As the manual says, these are "some sample physics models to get you started with editing the Marathon environment. Some changes are minor, while others are immediately obvious and completely change the play of the game!"

Rambo XXXIII Shapes 1.1

President People on Apr 21st 2010

Rambo_17_04_2006

"Play on Carnage or not at all."

A shapes file that replaces the marine's pistol graphics with dual assault rifle graphics.
Also takes advantage of the Extra Bloom Plugin by adding glow to weapons firing, ceiling lights etc.

Folder also includes files for Floating X HUD; replacements for the pistols in the weapons manifest, making them dual assault rifles.

The Rambo XXXIII physics file from the Anvil sample models is also included.

Notes for version 1.1:

Deleted glow in the wall collections, which was interfering with High-Res textures.

FOV Script 1.0

3371-Alpha on May 23rd 2016

This is a script that modifies Marathon/Aleph One's FOV values.

"Why would I need to download this if I can just find the code to this script on the various threads at the Pfhorums, copy and paste it into a text editor and save it as a mml file?" Quite simple, because you're lazy.

Notes for version 1.0:

This script will not work on scenarios that have their own FOV modification scripts included.
