These files will allow you to extract and implement all HD sprites and textures from the XBox Live Arcade version of Marathon:Durandal into your AlephOne installation of Marathon 2.

The interface graphics have been replaced with proper ones from the old Rubicon HUD and all the weapon graphics have been recreated in HD.

This plugin will replace all of the standard Infinity weapon items, ammo boxes and powerups with proper 3D equivalents. A demo map featuring all of the new models has been included.

This is a superplugin for AlephOne 1.0 that lets you easily enable all the hi-res sprites and textures from the XBLA version of Marathon: Durandal with one single click. All required graphics are inlcuded- just unzip the downloaded folder into your Marathon 2 plugins directory. In addition to that, some glow- and bumpmap textures have also been included to improve visual experience and take advantage of AOs new shader features. No custom shapes files are required for this to work. Separate plugins for monsters, wall textures and weapon sprites will be released by treellama.
Please note that this plugin will NOT function properly with previous versions of AlephOne or Marathon Infinity.
WARNING! - there has been a problem with the previous download (player graphics were missing) - I strongly suggest to everybody who downloaded v1.1. to re-download fixed v1.1.1!
This is a proper AlephOne port of the old Erodrome scenario for Marathon Infinity.
Should you encounter any more problems that were not present in the original version please post a comment and I will look into it.
PS: Be warned that Erodrome contains quite a bit of nudity in some of the later levels of the game.
All HUD related problems have been fixed, and a few sound related bugs have also been fixed.
Revising the original Marathon with improved story/terminal art and leveldesign to accomodate Aleph Ones new features is a great idea and all but I think releasing this as a buggy Alpha version is hardly beneficial for anyone.
You can clearly see the love that has been put into crafting this scenario - I can almost feel it oozing out of my computer when I play. Thanks Wrk for making this happen and thanks for everone who has been contributing to Mararthon: Yuge and for restoring my faith in the community!
Wow, thanks for taking a look at the M1 sprites like I suggested in my last comment. This whole pack has a really professional feel to it but unfortunately it does not seem to work with M1A1. Maybe this problem could be addressed in a future update?
Nice work as usual. Btw, I was wondering if it ever crossed your mind to create a netmap pack for WMaiD, or rather a WMaiD compatible version of one of your current packs?
I really like the way these new sprites blend in with the rest of the XBLA set. This plugin finally closes the last gap in a very professional looking manner.
General Tacticus should probably consider taking a closer look at the M1 sprites as well.
