As the title states, this is a solid pack of multiplayer maps that also sees a lot of action online. It's nice to see someone still producing new content for the community; especially of this quality. The layouts here are pretty complex (especially in newer maps), but you've done a great job I think in making them easy to navigate at the same time; I haven't noticed any big potential gameplay issues. Great job! Make more maps!
neglect to pop in once in a while why don't you we understand *cool map pack dude
Where's the Survival love?
excelling maps indeed. though i did notice something about many of these maps... they're layout style seems fairly different from your CC maps. more flat and spread out...
anyway... glad to see there all still new maps to be brought in to this community...
I haven't had a chance to play any of these yet, but the screenshots look good and they're stevemaps so I'm going to call this a solid 3. Keep up the good work.
The two new maps bring this pack from "good" to "excellent."
The only thing I'd change is to add a small amount of rockets to "Time;" with all that space they'd be balanced fairly well with the other guns I think.
How many more maps will there be before this becomes Maxipax?
Ill Descent (available separately) is really the highlight of this pack. The two maps that precede it are pretty mediocre, and have some flow issues. The two maps following it are much better flow-wise, but still suffer from bland texturing.
Differential shading, ammo and weapon placement are done well, which makes for three playable maps out of the five. Hopefully more will be added in that vein.
All the maps here are awesome, although I did encounter some problems with Ill Descent that I didn't encounter with the original. The snow is larger and falls in sheets rather than at random, and the F'lickta color tables are now dark red and some weird brown, as opposed to light orange and green.
