The perfect HUD for those of you who like to stare at balls while you play.

Remember, if it's tourist season, why CAN't we shoot them? ~Ruben
Added a recharge. Retextured an unaligned wall. Maybe this'll merit a review if someone sees it.
Cesspi7 is a pack of 7 net maps. Each consists of 77 polygons and is textured using only 7 different textures. They contain no right angles, and no lifts (except for Spiroche7e). Each was tested to run well on a G4/1000 MHz.
Maps: + Cesspi7 + Peyo7e + Bi7umen + Arc7ic + Spiroche7e + Depo7 + SPEC7RUM
The all-in-one (AOI) Marathon 2 installer has these textures at 512x512 resolution. Install this to enjoy Marathon 2's textures at double that.
This folder is identical content wise to the 'HD Textures' folder contained by default within Marathon 2' plugins folder, except all textures have been replaced by ones with a resolution of 1024x1024.
This differs from the other 1024x1024 texture plugin for M2 on this site in that this download contains Freeverse's HD skyboxes.
To install: unzip, and drop into Marathon 2's plugins folder, then activate it in-game.
IMPORTANT: Delete or deactivate the original "HD Textures" folder.
PLEASE NOTE: To avoid unsightly skybox tiling, play on an FOV of 88 or lower(assuming aspect ratio of 16:9) and tick 'limit vertical view'.
The game is still vastly incomplete, but the maps themselves should work just fine.
Things that are missing: -Logon/Logoff screens -Terminal pictures -A proper intro? (Considering making a neat little 'unplayable' level in the future to kick it off). -The rest of the levels
Things it DOES have: -5 playable maps, including the extra path for failing to be 'stealthy' in the first level. -Physics and terminal text for every map -Use of color tables left untouched in the orignal Marathon Infinity
With any luck, all you'll need to do to run the scenario is download the map, and use all the other standard shapes and images that come with MI, leaving the whole download at just a smidgen more than a megabyte.
If you download this, please try to break the levels in any way you can: grenade hop, launch yourself, take goofy paths, etc. And let me know if you find any bugs. I'm trying my best to make these very high-quality maps, since there are so few of them.
And another thing: I'm holding a little contest. Make a proper Marathon film, and try to beat 'Satellite of Love' as quickly as you can on Total Carnage (bonus points for playing through the first level to get there). I assure you, you'll be in for a challenge: I, the creator of the level, can barely beat it... sometimes. I hope some unfortunate players are prepared to bathe in grenades. :D
Enjoy!
Another Marathon-Style HUD plugin based on Hopper's Marathon Classic HUD.
This one comes courtesy of Hopper, who sent me the March 1995 issue of MaraMag, included on the second disc of the Marathon Trilogy Box Set.
The plugin is almost exactly like the Marathon Classic HUD, save for the background image, which was made by... a guy named ture. The full email address given in the article is:

Initial Release
This is an improved version of treellama's fantastic cheat script. It adds: -God Mode (4 types) -Fly mode -Personal teleporter (3 types) -Unlimited ammo/oxy -Life/oxy regeneration and also a few tweaks: -ability to jump -PiD skip toggle -audiable falls
First release: I would like to thank treellama very much for his amazing Cheats and No PiD scripts. Big thanks also goes to Megabyte for Jump script, parts of which I used. Unfortunately I was unable to get in touch with them so I hope they don't mind this release.
To install: just copy the script to "scripts" folder and enable it in-game in Preferences->Environment->Solo script Edit the script to read more info about the cheats (very recommended).
A small collection of Lua experiments you probably shouldn't host.
2 small bug fixes.
New Scripts:
Spawn_Kamping.lua - Players respawn with 3x health and a rocket launcher. Kill them within 10 seconds to score bonus points. Each second after they spawn players lose 10% of their extra health and are worth one less point. Who should you target? You'll know by the color of their shirts.
Homing_Rockets.lua - Now it's even easier to home in on your enimies. Just aim in their general direction and wait for the sound that tells you it's time to fire. But be careful. It's hard to maintain a lock at a large distance and if you hear the juggernaut then find something to hide behind.
Changes:
Fly-by-wire rockets can now be disabled by individuals.
Quantum Loched King of the Hill displays carnage report as time.
This is a pack of 3 Lua gametypes that I created. Last Man on the Hill, Elimination and Hill Elimination. The readmes are included with each gametype, so you know the rules and how they each work.
Turns out this crap wasn't on Simplici7y.
You Better Move v1.2 This is the first map I've ever created. I submitted it into Ryoko's Map Making Contest III, which I suprisingly got 7th place in...Hey, it was an achievement for me. This is a small map, it was initially built for four players and up, and I still play it as such, but it works well as a dueling map. Really though, if you like chaos...play it with six players...really, try it out...Its fun...I swear.
Suggested Players: 6 (...2+) Polygons: 170 Weapons: Fusion Pistol, Assault Rifle, SMG, Flamethrower
v1.2 Fixes from initial contest release: -Bouncy walls fixed -Weapon placement changed -Collectable weapons slightly changed up (I took out the Alien Shotgun and put in the TOTZ) -TOTZ respawn rate and locations changed for balance reasons -Teleporter added for some fun
A little delayed, this is the product of the third Marathon Groove Session. Thank you to ukimalefu, SynthNinja, and WastedJamacan for contributing songs. As always, enjoy!
First release.
This is a 2 physics pack that I made a while back. The first one is playable, if rather gimmicky. The second one IS NOT PLAYABLE AT ALL, EDIT and was included as an example of the variety of things you can do with this EDIT. They both involve pressing the walk key to "fly". Nofall2 is not playable because I set player gravity to a negative number when walking, but the problem is that if you're killed you just keep going up and up and up into the ceiling. Because of some unknown engine property, if you accelerate into the ceiling while dead at a constant rate, it sends you up through the ceiling, where everything looks untextured, then for about a minute of that you come up through the floor, continue upwards through the ceiling and repeat. Because your corpse is still moving, it is impossible to respawn.
There. Do what you will with this, but at least let people know what you are doing before hosting it. EDIT In response to Tim, here are some suggestions for getting the most out of this: 1) Certain maps, such as Intercontinental Divide, get the most out of this (I found quick six in general to be pretty good for it). 2) The setup of this is such that a person on the ground can usually trump a flying person. That's alright, because in my experience there's only one or two people spoiling like that. 3) You can control the rise and fall (and direction [you can build up mad speed]) by shooting in the opposite direction (preferably with a machine gun, rockets don't work as well).
All credit for concept goes to Count Roland. Other tweaks are credited to me. He has okayed this for distribution last time I saw him.
After Halo - Combat Evolved by Irons, this is a script made to recreate some of the experience of playing Quake 3 online
PS: For those like Goran "Mr Obvious" Svensson, this is a prank script
First public beta, some other functions may be added in future releases.
This is a map with embedded shapes and lua. There are 7 "hills" on the map, and each player or team will get a point for every hill they have control of at the end of a round. The lua HUD makes it easy to tell how much time is left in the round.
This map should be played with the netscript gametype as it has embedded lua.
CFP is a complete set of high definition textures for Marathon Infinity and Durandal. Based on the original Freeverse Marathon 2 Durandal XBLA textures, these have been further enhanced by the Alephone community with glowmaps and made to support Marathon Infinity.
